You’ll be joining an international customer success team based in London, the US and Hong Kong providing first class software support to property customers and ensuring they are getting the most value from your market leading SaaS / software platforms through training and education.

This is a company that is in a good place post lockdown, as their SaaS products and solutions give a huge amount of flexibility within the workplace and commercial real estate sector. They’re investing a lot in the customer success team which is expanding to keep pace with their global growth so now’s a great time for you to join and help shape what the department looks like moving forwards.
The company offer a hybrid working model of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office based in the Liverpool Street area.

We are looking for experienced people to join our team at this level so you will need to know your way around customer success within the SaaS or software sector including client retention, managing risk and renewals.

This company are the market leader in their sector in the UK and are based between London (HQ), New York, LA and Hong Kong so you’ll be supporting platforms and technology that is growing rapidly across the world. This technology is especially appropriate at the moment due to remote and flexible working, and the ability to offer easy to use, workspace solutions that allow the customer a high amount of automation and autonomy.
