Electrical Field Service Engineer – Pumps

– Perfect for a pump professional who wants a “career” & work / life balance

– £32k – £35k & bonus, van, iPad, laptop, 25 day holiday, excellent training opportunities

– Any UK location

Imagine a world without pumps – absolute chaos effecting water supply, irrigation and flood controls. We need true heroes to maintain and service these important bits of kits, people like you…

On that basis, we are looking for a real “pump” expert to come in to a UK leading engineering origination. We already have an established team of around 30 engineers across the UK, but we want someone who can bring a wealth of pump knowledge (electrically & mechanically).

In return, we can offer further training across our other products and a real “work life” balance, which we value hugely, leaving you to spend more time with your family & friends.

The person:

Whist we are open to the person here, we do need a real “pump” expert in reality. But we want a professional who wants a role where you are left to manage your own diary, but wants to further their career again and carry on learning.

So someone with good electrical & mechanical skills and can tackle all pump station related issues and turn their hand to pother engineering tasks.

The role:

A hugely autonomous role where you can manage your own diary. Typically, you will be doing 1 or 2 jobs a day where you will be servicing & maintaining our equipment (as well as pump stations)

As we have alluded to already, we are huge believers in work / life balance and long term careers. 40 hours a week is what you will work so not a crazy role with 50/60 hours a week and one where we will keep your development on going.

The role is across the UK and we will try and keep you as local as possible (we have a team for around 30 or so all over the UK), but need “flexibly” from a travel aspect.

The Company:

This is working for a hugely established and world leading orginisation in a pretty unique sector. A company that are still growing and are looking to bring in some sharp staff who want to learn and be trained further – we want to spend money on your development as the better you are, the better we are.

What Next?

If this seems like an opportunity that appeals, send your CV through and I will be more than happy to go through this in more detail. Look forward to hearing your story…
