How does working for a company who are UK leaders in their sector and who want to invest thousands in to your career and development sound?

As a company, we offer a specific product which differs on near enough every project and client we work with, so we need a team of engineers to consult with clients and come up with solutions of how certain projects can be done. That’s where you come in….

So an opportunity for someone with “real personality” to come in to an environment to grow your career, learn new skills and move in to further roles as you develop.

The person:

We are hugely open to the person here. In a nutshell, we are looking for someone with an engineering background but with personality, someone who can speak to our clients and come up with solutions based on their problems.

So we can look at a grad (electrical or mechanical, as long as you are happy to consult our clients on their technical problems and design solutions) or an engineer who has some hands on but wants to come in to more of a consultancy / design role.

The role:

We offer solutions and products that are truly unique, but are found in every place and sector you can think of. You’ll have probably seen multiple products of ours in 2021…

However, to bring our products and projects to the stage where they can be manufactured takes some real brains and engineering.

You will be directly speaking with clients and potential clients on a variety of different projects (some £2k in value, some £90k in value) with a view to going away and coming up with a plan and solutions for them, so almost “designing” a solution for them

The company:

We are the UK leaders in our sector and work with some of the biggest orgisations in the UK and the world. We take great pride in offering our staff great training, development and opportunities.

What next?

If this seems like an opportunity that appeals, send your CV through and I will be more than happy to go through this in more detail. Look forward to hearing your story…
