CRG TEC are exclusively supporting our global connectivity infrastructure client who are going through an exciting expansion across their global networks due to huge investment and massive uptake of their technology solutions.
Due to this increased demand for their networks, they are seeking to appoint a Project Delivery Coordinator to their delivery team who play a key part in the designing, deploying and activating new network infrastructure, often in high profile and regulated environments such as airports, stadiums, shopping centres, concert venues, office buildings, business parks and hotels.
This role would be a great opportunity for you if you have prior experience within project controls, project admin or project coordination. There is a path to Project Management from this role, so if you’ve potentially been exposed to some aspects of Project Management and would like to pursue this career further then the Delivery Director has indicated that there is an excellent chance of this.
As the Delivery Coordinator, your role will hold full accountability for tracking deliverables from supply chain, managing internal and external document distribution (such as design packs, contracts and other key project data), managing document approvals processes and maintaining our central document libraries.
This will be a customer facing role with responsibility for liaising with landlords, tenants, mobile network operators and our supply chain to coordinate access to our sites for network design, installations and lifecycle management activities.
There will be a requirement for this role to maintain delivery performance trackers and provide weekly and monthly reports to the rest of the networks team.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, we need you be highly motivated, extremely well organised and resilient.
You will be expected to be an active participant in our business, specifically the day-to-day activities of our Delivery Team, contributing as a team player and working collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders.
Whilst we do not need you to have a track record of working across telecoms networks, we value your demonstrable experience of operating in similar roles across the IT, tech, telecoms or real estate sectors.
We are looking for all the skills one expects from candidates seeking a role in a fast-paced delivery environment including strong IT, communication and presentation skills, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, drive and a track record for contributing to collective success.
