Are you an experienced Recruiter bored of working the same vacancies role day in, day out? Maybe you’re in an RPO but keen to work client-side? Or you’re currently the standalone Talent Acquisition Partner overloaded with jobs?

In your new Recruitment Partner role you’ll be supporting large scale growth for one of the UK’s most recognisable telecoms companies. No silos here – your days will be really varied as you’ll get involved in hiring across departments, seniority levels and business streams.

Lots of the leg work has been done for you. The company are known for their culture, values and EVP so candidates are going to be keen to speak to you. They’re a major player in their sector so you’ll be dealing with industry experts and working as part of a large, well-established talent acquisition team.

Whether you’re an in-house Talent Partner, agency Recruitment Consultant or you manage an RPO we’d love to hear from you!

As you can tell from the salary on offer we are looking for you to bring your experience to this role. You will need to be confident managing internal hiring managers and stakeholders, developing role-specific recruitment processes to maximise efficiency and building talent pools for niche technical roles.

In your new Recruitment Partner role you’ll have the clout of a major UK brand behind you, which is a draw in itself, but with the flexibility of working for a boutique agency. It’s the best of both worlds.

These guys have built a reputation on making sure their people have the tools to do their job well. This means you’ll have all the best recruitment tech, you won’t be overloaded with hundreds of live vacancies (they typically have about 35 open at once) and there’s a support structure there which will allow you to continue developing within their team.


£40k – £55k basic salary
