In your new Service Delivery Manager role you’ll be looking after a fresh crop of sector-specific accounts the company have inherited from a recent acquisition. These are highly valued clients that may have been neglected in the past so we’re looking for you to make them feel valued again.

Being honest, there will be legacy issues from their previous supplier that will need smoothing out but your new company are aware of that and you’ll be given the time and resources to make that happen.

The role will involve collaborating with our internal commercial teams alongside our clients so you’re going to get a feel for the business very quickly. You will have the full support of the Operations Director and get real job satisfaction from being able to make noticeable change in your new company.
