Building Management Systems – the engineering sector is awash with talk of BMS at the minute – everyone pretends to understand them, but only a select few know how they really work to peak performance.

You are one of those elite few…

Whether it’s Trend, Honeywell or Struxtureware what you don’t know about building controls could fit on a (small) UI and now you’re looking to use that knowledge to kick on with your career.

So a great opportunity to get in to a world leader within BMS technology where the sky is the limit. And with a basic of up to £48k, as much overtime that you can shake a stick at (around £10k, but more if you want it) and &additional bonus, you will be earning £60k easily.

The role:

In your new BMS Engineer role you’ll be working on 1 high profile site based in Westminster

As we develop our own tech you’ll be first in line to receive training so will always be at the top of your field when it comes to BMS knowledge. Whether your day is spent servicing control panels onto new systems, handing over a new system or servicing controllers, networks and field devices into a complete control system you can get home at night knowing you’ve done your bit to save the polar bears.

It’s all about you:

To be able to hit the ground running we would need you to have experience of building controls, control panels and field devices alongside some good knowledge in system proposals by way of pricing and feasibility.

As the role is site based, there is no crazy field travelling where 1 mintue you’re in Bristol, the next in Birmingham. So you can really take a good work life balance back and know where you are from 1 day to the next on this high profile site.
