Our Team

Neil Crudden Managing Director
Neil started in recruitment in 1999 and has become a well-known, highly respected figure within the UK technical recruitment sector.

Neil is often the first point of call for many customers that are serious about recruiting within the UK telecoms industry and specialises around the delivery of network solutions in both mobile, and FTTP.

Within CRG TEC, Neil acts as Key Account Director for our clients ranging from Tech Track 100 rapid growth companies through to Global Corporations. Neil’s played a key part in building and growing a number of recruitment functions and is hugely passionate about doing the right thing by way of customers and candidates. Neil believes being straight and honest is always best for all sides and this has led to many customers becoming friends and long term partners with CRG TEC.

Outside of work, it’s about football (retired), Everton FC (infuriating), playing the guitar (rock) and travelling the World with his family and friends.

Stephen Morris Director & Co-Founder
Stephen partners Neil as the Director and Co- Founder of CRG TEC.

He hails from County Fermanagh and moved to Liverpool to study a Degree in Business Management before embarking on his career in Recruitment in 2011.

Having always had a strong entrepreneurial ambition, in the summer of 2017, Stephen & Neil partnered with industry leaders Ian Munro, Tristan Ramus and Jamie Webb to launch CRG TEC with the aim to bring their quality and service lead recruitment expertise to the Technology, Engineering and Communications sectors across the UK & Europe.

As our Director, Stephen drives the operational side of CRG TEC. When not working on the business, Stephen is hands on as our Recruitment Director across the Telecoms, Technology and Engineering sectors.

Stephen works as an extended part of our client businesses to help them attract and retain talent in the most competitive market the UK has seen. He uses a straightforward, honest, non salesy and no nonsense consultative approach to recruitment, alongside a proven track record of what works and what doesn’t when it comes to securing the talent you need.

An outdoors enthusiast, Stephen switches off by spending time on the coast and in the countryside with his dog, Finn.

Alex Mander Associate Director
Alex's recruitment career began in 2011. At CRG TEC she heads up the Facilities Management division.

Alex supports some of the UK’s best-known FM suppliers, proptech companies and workplace teams with their FM recruitment needs.

Whether you’re establishing a coworking space, increasing workplace efficiency or looking to build your maintenance team, Alex will work with you to find the best person for your needs.

Outside of work, Alex spends a lot of time with her little girl Millie and loves exploring independent restaurants and bars in her hometown. To counteract all that socialising she has to keep active, usually through running, water sports and the gym.

Liam Loftus Principal Recruitment Consultant- Engineering
Liam’s recruitment career started in 2010 and works at CRG TEC as our Principal Engineering Recruitment Consultant.

He uses his expert knowledge in this area to assist companies to identify, attract and retain talent and to improve their recruitment processes.

He has successfully recruited for Global Engineering originations through to SME’s who are simply looking to grow and establish themselves in their marketplace.
Outside of work, Liam can usually be found watching Everton through his fingers due their repeatedly inept performances, attempting to still play football and throwing weights around a gym (not literally, that would just be dangerous).

Most enjoyably though, spending time with his wife, his little boy, two little girls and dog Armin – named after legendry DJ Armin Van Buuren (much to the annoyance of the rest of his family!).

Joe White Technical Recruitment Consultant
Joe graduated from Edge Hill University with a degree in Sport & Exercise Science.

He joins the CRG TEC team to work within the Connectivity division and will undertake recruitment within the fibre and wireless telecoms sectors.

Joe believe that his strong work ethic, resilience, competitiveness and confidence gained from sport give him a strong foundation to excel within recruitment.

Outside of work, Joe is an avid football fan who supports Everton and also plays for Prestatyn Town FC as a defender. Alongside this, Joe likes to go on holidays and socialise with his friends and family.

Gemma McGee Marketing Executive
Gemma graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a 1st Class Degree in Media Professional Studies with Business in 2009.
Gemma brings over a decade of experience as a Marketing Manager to the CRG TEC team and works closely with our Directors and Consultants to implement their vision and help CRG TEC stand out from the crowd.

Gemma also has a successful sewing business called Memento Gems, specialising in memory blankets, cushions and cuddly animals using grown out of baby clothes. Everything is made by hand and bespoke to order.
