Power BI Developer / Analyst

Location – week one in London then remote

Contract basis, outside IR35

Duration 2 months +

Rate is £400 per day

This is a new contract position and we are looking to bring an experienced Power BI developer / analyst into a commercial real estate business.

It’s an outside IR35 contract role and we anticipate the contract will run to early 2025. We’d want the first week to be spent in the London office for induction and familiarisation purposes but then the role will be working remotely.

Power BI / DAX would be the key skills alongside advanced Ms Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced charting and rock solid dashboard design) and we need someone who isn’t just in a report producing role, more a contractor who can analyse complex datasets from MS Dynamics and Office RND to verify drivers and assumptions, using historical data to identify patterns and trends in business / sales cycles etc.

We’d also be looking for you to do some internal training / upskill to leave some in-house expertise and knowledge for maintenance moving forward.

Contract start is ASAP.
