Project Co-Ordinator – Telecoms / ISP

London – Liverpool Street with 2 days a week in the office then work from home

Contract Duration – 6 months +

Rate – £250 per day

This is a new role working for a listed, connectivity / SaaS provider and we’re looking for a project co-ordinator to join the business from either a telecoms network or ISP background, supporting the IT infrastructure / networking projects in the global delivery group.

The business supplies LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi connectivity to commercial buildings so you would be supporting the moves and changes / upgrades process for existing customer sites, meaning a lot of interaction with carriers / ISP’s etc.

Key tasks will include:

Managing the ISP order management process so, circuit orders with vendors

Scheduling site surveys & installs with contract partners

Raising PO’s for hardware / tracking deliveries

Customer communication regarding updates, progress reports and access requests

Ideal background would be someone from ISP / telecoms networks who understands how things work when it comes to bringing customer sites on line, and making changes to existing customer infrastructure solutions and we are assuming solid all round knowledge of Microsoft Office with Salesforce experience as a bonus.

This is a fluid project delivery environment so while you’ll need an element of process and organisation, the ability to think on your feet, not panic and pivot when needed is going to be essential.

We’re looking to start ASAP and this will run for at least 6 months, so you’ll be in work during the month of November and then with solid prospects towards Summer 2025.
