Description

PIA Administrator

Location – Remote / Hybrid working

Package – Salary to £40,000 with 10% bonus, private healthcare and upto a 17% pension contribution

This is a new permanent position, which would be working directly for a global technology company.

They are working on some well funded fibre network build projects across the UK and on that basis, we need an additional PIA co-ordinator to join the team.

The role is what it says on the tin, and we are looking for an experienced administrator – not a manager, to look after the end to end PIA process and as-built aspect of the work.

You’ll place, monitor and track PIA orders and make sure everything is smooth and compliant in relation to the Openreach web portal and make sure any changes to works are supported by a relevant and approved change order and reporting to the construction project manager, you’ll make sure the data is clean and accurate when it comes to providing reports.

Essential – detailed knowledge or raising and closing NOI’s alongside the A55 process. Ideally, you will have supported FTTP build projects in rural areas and will be used to standing on your own two feet on a remote basis.

Occasional visits will happen to the main office on the M4 corridor and also to the build areas, but this is going to be ad-hoc and while candidates local to the Reading / Slough area can come into the office as much as you would like, we are more interested in the person rather than location, so can open this up to the UK.

Package is solid and would offer a performance related bonus of upto 10%, private healthcare and a pension plan that offers a maximum contribution split between employee and employer of 17% (Employer pays majority).
