Very different to other recruitment agencies I’ve used. It’s so time consuming searching for the right candidates, CRG TEC take all this away from you by doing it for you. The position that I was selected for by Joe at CRG TEC was a role that I was familiar with, the communication was great from start to finish, from explaining the role to me, keeping me up to date on the progress of my application, right through to letting me know I had been selected for the position I had applied for.

Not only is Joe at CRG TEC a great recruiter, but he also makes you feel like a human, and not just another person applying for a position.

We even had a celebratory coffee ( as I don’t drink) at a local coffee house near to where I live.

I would recommend CRG TEC for anyone looking for a recruiter who keeps you updated and explains the process well from start to finish.

Truly Outstanding!!
I have dealt with a large number of recruitment agents during my latest job search and I can categorically say that Alex at CRG Tec stands out by a mile. From the outset her level of professionalism, care and regular updates throughout the process was very different from the others. I never had to chase her for an update. Quite often I founds other agents would leave you for days and sometimes weeks, wondering about the outcome of an application or an interview. Alex updated me even when there was no update from the employer. This simple act is so underrated and yet so helpful for candidates. Looking for work can be very stressful, and regular communication from your agent is probably the second most helpful thing, with the first being an offer of a job. I am happy to say that that has also happened and Alex's communication post-offer has not waned in any way. I am incredibly grateful and very excited to be staring my new job.
