Job Role: 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst

The Opportunity for you…

Are you currently working at 1st or 2nd line on a service desk, and looking to join a company that offers progression? Then this is the job for you. Due to a member of staff leaving to join Microsoft, our client is looking to add to their 2nd Line team.

As a 2nd line IT Service Desk Analyst you will be working for a leading delivery and logistics provider based in their Liverpool office. With online shopping rapidly taking over the high street this could not be a better time to start working for a continuously growing delivery company!

You will be working alongside the 8 excellent Service Desk Analysts fixing IT issues from internal colleagues and external customers to ensure the business can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations.

If you have 1-2 years hands on experience in a 2nd line service desk environment, then this could be the opportunity for you. We’re after someone who has experience with desktop troubleshooting and can come and hit the ground running. As well as this, it is important that you have the right attitude, and are willing to learn whatever you don’t know.

Working Hours

Working on a rota of 3 shifts covering hours from: 06:30am to 3pm; 8am to 4:30pm and 9.30am to 6pm with an option of out of hours working further down the line once up to speed.
