Description

The Role: Executive Personal Assistant

Location: Warrington / Flexible Working

Package: Salary to £35,000 with private healthcare, enhanced pension.

This is a rapid growth, well funded telecommunications networks company and HQ is based in the Warrington area.

Reporting to the People Director, we’ve got a new role for an executive PA and you’ll be asked to support the senior leadership team across the business as the company continues to grow on a national basis.

It’s a position that will involve a lot of interaction and you’ll support 7 members of the senior leadership team, including the CEO, CFO and COO so because of the variety of people, you’ll need to be highly organised when it comes to the co-ordination of diaries / activities and be able to keep the SLT informed about upcoming events and commitments.

Above and beyond the assumed diary management and planning, you’ll take a lead on the arrangement and preparation of meetings / workshops and seminars, including materials, presentations and travel arrangements alongside making sure internal meetings run smooth when it comes to organisation, notes and actions.

Design of presentations will be a key area so it’s assumed you can use Microsoft PowerPoint (Or similar), and you’ll work closely with the team to ensure the delivery of information is clear and concise.

You’ll own travel and hotel bookings for the SLT

It’s a North West bias role and while flexible working is in place, it’s expected you’ll be in the head office maybe 2-3 days per week on a fluid basis, to fall in line with scheduled meetings so realistically you would need to be within commuting range of the Warrington / St. Helens area.

Who are you? Key Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience within an EA / PA role, ideally supporting a number of people across the senior leadership team.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to spin a lot of plates, within a fast moving environment.
  • Strong presentation skills – supporting the creation of presentations rather than delivery!
  • Communication is going to be really important and you’ll be supporting a range of different personalities who are spread across the UK, so the ability to adapt and support your audience is key.

Benefits are solid with private health, a good pension, 25 days leave plus birthday off (This grows one day per year) and the business has a strong commitment to ongoing training, support and development.
