In your new Facilities Administrator role you’ll be helping the team deliver an effective maintenance Programme across the North of the UK (roughly 1200 sites!), not to worry though… a principal contractor looks after the ever going helpdesk phone, alongside the coordination of the Engineers.

You’ll be working with these tier 1 & 2 contractors through the company CAFM system to deliver effective reactive and quoted maintenance services, whether that’s raising PO’s, uploading RAMS and pre-construction documents or supporting the Maintenance Manager on a new project.

You’ll be joining the organisation at a great time as we’re seeing a huge drive on investment across their property portfolio, including a brand new state of the art office based in Stratford, including gaming consoles, bar area, amazing city views and social events around every corner it’s a great atmosphere where you can balance your week with colleagues in the office, and WFH to get those day to day jobs finished for the weekend!

Ideally you will be coming from a multi-site portfolio, we’re pretty open to what sector that lies in; whether its social housing, commercial real estate or retail. The most important thing for us is your coming in with a strong multi-site maintenance/FM background with a high volume of works.

As a crucial member of the property/maintenance team you’ll quickly get to know your colleagues, they’re a friendly bunch and always willing to lend a hand or provide advice so you’ll be supported from the outset. Package

£35k Basic Salary

Annual bonus – 15%
