Looking to get into facilities management? Maybe you’ve been working on a helpdesk and want a hands-on role? Like the idea of (expensed) travel?

We have the job you’re looking for…

You’ll be the face of our facilities management service across 15 NHS sites; making sure the tenants are happy, checking compliance and log books to ensure checks are up to date, surveying the buildings themselves and booking any works that need doing with our registered suppliers. Your patch covers Shropshire and Hereford so you’ll look after community hospitals, health centres and GPs offices.

You’ll be supported by a well-established facilities services team so this is a great opportunity to get a foothold in the facilities management sector with the view to developing a long term career with NHS Property Services.

The Facilities Administrator role will involve a lot of travelling to NHS sites around Shropshire, Telford and Herefordshire so you will need a driving licence and your own transport (car allowance and mileage paid).
