£30k (pro rata) with £3k car allowance

Looking for that rare beast; a part time FM role? Maybe you’re frustrated your current job isn’t progressing because you don’t work the standard 37.5?

This Facilities Coordinator contract is for you!

You’ll join a well-established estates team where you’ll feel at home right away and still be able to climb the career ladder (if you’d like!) with a supportive employer.

Day-to-day you’ll be coordinating in-house and external engineering teams working across East London to make sure NHS sites remain compliant, dealing with any building issues as they arise. You’ll travel to these sites to add that personal touch to the service delivery.

Based mostly at Barking Community Hospital you’ll be working Wednesday – Friday; 9am to 5pm.

If you have a background in facilities, estates or building coordination or administration we’d love to hear from you!

Owing to the travel you will need a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle. You will get a car allowance and expenses mileage to cover costs.
