The Role: Fibre Supervisor

Location: Regional base across Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire

Package: Around £45,000 plus company vehicle

We need a fibre supervisor, to cover a build programme around Herts and Oxon. Ideally with SA001 & SA002 qualifications and solid knowledge of fibre based networks using PIA and new duct.

Hybrid role between field and office, need solid people management experience and run a tight ship when it comes to the quality of the fibre network so ideal World, someone who comes from the tools with a good splicing and testing knowledge before moving into leadership.

You’ll need a good administration background when it comes to documentation and reporting and be good with time management, as you’ll float around the patch through the week alongside spending time in the office (Hitchin area.)

This is the first year of a multi-year contract and client relationship is good so no worries with stability and the chance to make a base for the next few years in an industry that has been shaky.

Solid package, permanent role with good stability and paying around £45,000 plus vehicle and benefits.

Fibre knowledge is key, with some civils rather than the other way around and any Gigaclear network experience would be great.
