FM Coordinator (2 year fixed term contract)

£30k plus £3k car allowance and 27 days holiday

This FM Coordinator contract is for you!
Day-to-day you’ll be coordinating in-house and external engineering teams working across your patch to make sure the sites remain compliant and dealing with any building issues as they arise. You’ll occasionally travel to these sites to add that personal touch to the service delivery.
You’ll be looking after small NHS sites (GP surgeries, walk-in centres, community hospitals etc) around Shropshire, Telford, Hereford and Worcester.
If you have a background in facilities administration or coordinating engineers we’d love to hear from you!
As you will be travelling to sites you will need a full UK driving licence and your own car. You will receive a car allowance to cover wear and tear plus expensed mileage.
