We have the role for you!

In your new Maintenance Manager role you can really take control of processes and practices adhering to your own knowledge and experience ensuring these retail sites across the south of the UK remain safe, compliant and impressive- excited yet?

This is a busy environment, covering roughly 1200 sites in the south of the UK (although the majority of works comes from London). You’ll be managing tier 1 & 2 contractors through the company CAFM system to deliver effective reactive and quoted maintenance services with a real sense of continuous improvement your ideas will be listened too, implementing new procedures and processes so say goodbye to dinosaur processes you can’t change due to restrictions from the end client.

You’ll be joining the organisation at a great time as we’re seeing a huge drive on investment across their property portfolio, including a brand new state of the art office based in Stratford, including gaming consoles, bar area, amazing city views and social events around every corner it’s a great atmosphere where you can balance your week with colleagues in the office, and WFH to get those day to day jobs finished for the weekend!

You’ll be supported by a solid Maintenance Coordinator and the leg work by way of paperwork will be shared across the North & South maintenance teams meaning you won’t have your face in Microsoft Word 40 hours per week. The ongoing relationship with Tier ½ contractors outsources the helpdesk, remedial and planned hands on maintenance teams. Where you come in will be driving that performance, helping out on any larger refurb projects/maintenance and seeking continuous improvements in processes across the business.

Ideally you will be coming from a multi-site portfolio, we’re pretty open to what sector that lies in; whether its social housing, commercial real estate or retail. The most important thing for us is your coming in with bright ideas and a strong maintenance background with some recognised maintenance qualifications

As a crucial member of the property/maintenance team you’ll quickly get to know your colleagues, they’re a friendly bunch and always willing to lend a hand or provide advice so you’ll be supported from the outset.
