Day-to-day you’ll be overseeing a team of 9 Maintenance Technicians across Leicestershire who are dealing with reactive and planned maintenance mechanical, electrical and fabric works, along with the occasional capital project across around 30 healthcare sites. Whilst the majority of your day will be managing that team, supervising contractors and coordinating works you will need to get back on the tools to lend a hand from time to time.

Standard working hours are Monday – Friday; 8am – 4pm

To enjoy your new Maintenance Supervisor job you’ll need to come from a mechanical, electrical or plumbing background and have some team leadership or supervisor experience.

This is a really varied environment so there will be a lot to learn in your first few months but once you’re up to speed it’ll mean you’ll be in an interesting job, part of a good team with an employer that values you.
