Role: PA to CEO

Location: Preston

Package: £35-£45k salary (+Monday-Friday hours, 22 days holiday with the option to purchase additional)

The opportunity:

This is your chance to bring your Personal Assistant skills to the CEO of a local success story in Preston.

For 30 years, this company has partnered with some of the world’s most famous sporting teams, brands, events, and venues to bring content services that are seen worldwide.

Success over this length of time doesn’t come easy and the CEO has built something excellent but would not have been able to do this without the support of his Personal Assistants, having only had two PAs over that 30-year period!

Due to the most recent PA progressing through the company, we are on the lookout for a new partner to the CEO to continue that success!

What will your role look like?

You are a PA, so you know that no two days will be the same for a CEO!

But duties will roughly be based around;

  • providing effective and efficient day to day administrative, secretarial and project support
  • effective diary, travel and schedule management
  • acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries for the CEO

Who are we looking for?

Openly on this, we are looking for experience, we need someone who is used to managing and working closely with an executive or board level stakeholders in a medium size business.

-You will have strong Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint

-You are an excellent communicator and highly organised, with the ability to spin multiple plates and able to manage the expectations of others

-You are empathetic and a natural interactor – emotional intelligence is a key attribute for this role

-You hold a full, clean driving licence and have your own transport

Package details
We are open to speaking to candidates with expectations around £35-45k. We are open to speaking with those on higher salaries within reason.

Working pattern
-Monday to Friday, standard office hours
-Office based – some travel from time to time may be expected

-22 days holiday (increasing to 25 after 2 years and 27 after 4 years), plus bank holidays
