You thrive on trouble shooting those variations, balancing the needs of all parties and getting the job done.

In your new PFI Contract Manager job you’ll be doing exactly that across 2 hospitals, Lymington and Farnham, making sure small works, hard and soft FM services are progressed within contract and timeframes.

You’ll be working within a team of 8 other Contract Managers across the UK to coordinate in-house and outsourced services, supported by your new team lead, Charli. She’s put all the processes and systems the wider department works on in place (that’s her thing) and would love it if you could contribute to the continued optimising of that.

Owing to the nature of this role you will need experience managing PFI contracts, any healthcare FM experience alongside this would be a bonus.

Having face time with the tenants and Trusts is key in this role so you’ll be based at sites in Lymington and Farnham one week and working from home the next.

£40k basic salary

£3k car allowance

27 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
