The Role: Senior Internal Recruiter / Talent Partner

Location: Flexible working, so can base anywhere in the UK

Package: £35 – 45,000 plus private health, life assurance, bonus.

We’re looking to bring in an additional internal recruitment / senior talent partner, to join this fast moving telecommunications company.

This is a remote working role, with occasional meet ups and full expensed business travel.

The fibre sector has been inconsistent over the past 18 months or so, but this is a stable role that offers growth so hopefully gives the chance to a recruiter / talent partner from that telecoms space to find a new home and push forward over the next 3-5 years.

The company are on a continued period of growth, so we’ll be looking for someone (Ideally from the telecoms industry) to come in, and head up the recruitment on the technology roles so for the short to medium term, the role will focus on sourcing some of the best technical staff from the market in the UK but in time, will also contribute towards talent attraction and retention strategy.

You’ll need solid stakeholder management skills and be able to communicate with, and sometimes manage through process a range of leaders from all aspects of the business, including through to board level.

This is an end to end position and you’ll own the process from initial job brief, through advertising, search and selection and then working closely with the hiring managers to make sure the process moves as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Experience across all routes to market is needed, alongside LinkedIn projects and best practice when it comes to the ATS.

Flexible working is in place, alongside assumed business travel when needed.
