The Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Warrington with hybrid working

Package: £25,000 – £28,000 with benefits

Are you currently working as a technical support engineer or as 1st line support with network support background, and looking to join a company that offers progression? Or maybe you’re a computer networks graduate with a year or so hands-on experience, and have a passion for networks and want to get your foot in the door? Then this is the job for you.

We’re looking to recruit a technical support engineer, ideally from a service or internet service provider (MSP / ISP) background to join this rapid growth builder and operator of next generation networks across the UK as they head into a significant growth period.

They are well funded, growing, and from the Warrington area. You’ll join the network team to help diagnose and resolve 1st and some 2nd line network support related issues.

This is going to suit someone with brilliant communication skills – both spoken and written and a networking background so possibly someone with the Comp TIA+, CCT or maybe even a CCNA.

Hybrid working, you would likely be in the office 3 days per week, and it’s a normal Monday to Friday working hours, no shifts. On that basis, you need to live within commuting range of Warrington.
