Job Role: 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £22-25k plus standard benefits

The Opportunity for you…

Are you currently working on a service desk looking to join a company that offers progression? Or maybe you have a passion for IT but haven’t yet managed to get your foot in the door? Then this is the job for you.

As a 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst you will be working a Tamworth based MSP who provide voice, mobility, data and application integration to over 1000 users. They provide solutions within the public and private sector for clients such as the NHS, schools, EE, 02, and Birmingham City football club.

Lewis (your line manager) strongly encourages the development of his team and is keen for his employees to constantly upskill and in turn be offered promotions – a perfect opportunity for somebody wanting to gain experience.

You will fixing IT issues from a range of clients to ensure their business can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations.

If you have a couple of months hands on experience in IT then that’s great but the most important thing here is that you have the right attitude, have an interest in starting a career in IT and are willing to learn whatever it takes to become a great 1st line support!
