£225 – £270 per day outside IR35

Are bids and tenders your thing? Can’t get enough of labour loading? Love a bit of SFG20?

We’re working on behalf of a rapidly expanding total facilities management organisation with a bright and very successful bid team.

Only problem is word has spread about how good they are and ITTs are streaming in faster than your fellow Estimators can work on them.

That’s where you come in…

As an experienced bid professional you’ll know what the day-to-day entails; scoping out works, occasional site visits to assess what’s needed, estimating costs across labour, maintenance and equipment, pulling together a top class tender.

You’ll be working across a variety of public and private sector bids so it’ll be varied work which will help build your portfolio.

As the team are so busy you will need to hit the ground running – meaning you need previous experience estimating and writing FM or property management bids before.

The team is based from an office in central Leicester so you’ll need to be there around 2 days per week.
