In between your next Facilities Manager or FM Contracts Manager role and looking for cheeky little contract to keep you entertained?

If you’re interested in troubleshooting project which is going to look good on the “achievements” section on your CV plus give you a heap of job satisfaction get in touch.

It’s mostly hard services focused getting a contract back on track for a TFM. So lots of face time with the end client and a nice mix of strategy and ops to keep you interested.

To be able to hit the ground running you will need to come from a commercial facilities management background.

Obviously (given the circumstances) stakeholder management and client relationship skills are going to be front and centre so to enjoy yourself on this contract that needs to be something you feel confident in.
